• Maintaining appropriate data backup and business continuity plans independent of Sparks Vault

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sparks Vault and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill — arising from or related to your use of the Sparks Vault platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
